About Us
Recruitment built
on relationships.
We're a specialist recruitment agency focused on warehouse, production and office roles — connecting great employers with reliable, pre-vetted workers across the UK.
Who We Are
Specialists in people,
not generalists in everything.
Staffing Today was founded with a clear focus: to provide reliable, compliant, and well-matched workers to businesses across the warehouse, production and office sectors. We don't try to be everything to everyone — we go deep in the sectors we know.
With over a decade of combined experience in industrial and commercial recruitment, our team understands the pressures employers face — from last-minute absences to planned headcount growth — and we're built to respond quickly and effectively.

How We Work
What drives us
These aren't just words on a wall — they're the principles that shape every placement we make.
People first
We treat every candidate and client as an individual — not a number. Long-term relationships matter more to us than quick placements.
Compliance without compromise
Every worker we place is fully right-to-work checked and referenced. We never cut corners on compliance.
Sector focus
We only recruit in warehouse, production and office. That focus means deeper knowledge, better matching, and faster results.
Honest partnership
We tell you what we can deliver — and we deliver it. No overpromising, no excuses, just straightforward recruitment.
Part of a wider
recruitment family.
Staffing Today is one of three specialist recruitment brands under The Today Group Ltd. Together, we cover staffing, transport and supply chain recruitment — giving our clients access to a broader talent network when they need it.
Each brand operates independently with its own specialist team, but shares the same values, compliance standards, and commitment to service that defines The Today Group.
